At the core of our mission is a drive to create opportunities – not just for our business, but for our team and our wider community. That’s why we’re proud to support local training initiatives that help people gain valuable skills and build meaningful careers in our industry.
We’ve partnered with the Whanganui District Employment Training Trust (WDETT) and the PEP programme to provide real-world scaffolding experience for trainees. Several of these students have gone on to become part of our team – a full-circle success story we’re incredibly proud of.
Beyond that, we’ve created a dedicated training space for Vertical Horizons to run their courses locally – helping reduce travel barriers and make industry training more accessible for people in the region. It’s all part of our belief that when we support growth in others, we strengthen the community we’re all part of.
