Ohakune Carrot Refresh – Ruapehu District

The Ohakune Carrot is one of New Zealand’s most iconic roadside landmarks – a vibrant symbol of the region that welcomes visitors and brings smiles to locals and tourists alike. When the opportunity came up to support the carrot’s refresh, we didn’t hesitate. It’s not every day you get asked to scaffold a giant vegetable! We supplied and installed a safe, stable scaffold structure that allowed contractors to access the full surface of the carrot for repairs, painting, and detailing. With careful planning and a touch of creativity, we made sure the setup was efficient, secure, and non-intrusive for locals and visitors while work was underway.

It was a proud moment for our team to be involved in a project that means so much to the community – and one we’ll never forget.
